回声相册使用条款VoxPho Terms of Use

1. 服务说明1. Service Description

回声相册用于在你的设备上创建、编辑和保存带有声音点的照片。照片副本、录音、声音点和相册信息默认保存在本机 App 沙盒中。VoxPho is used to create, edit, and save photos with sound points on your device. Photo copies, recordings, sound points, and album information are stored in the local App sandbox by default.

当前版本不提供开发者服务器上的账号、云同步或远程备份服务。卸载 App 会删除本机保存的全部回声内容，且无法恢复。The current version does not provide accounts, cloud sync, or remote backup services on developer servers. Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored echo content and it cannot be recovered.

2. 使用限制2. Use Restrictions

你应确保自己有权导入、拍摄、录制和保存相关照片及声音内容，并遵守所在地适用法律法规。You must ensure that you have the right to import, take, record, and save the relevant photo and audio content, and that you comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

• 不得使用本 App 侵犯他人的隐私、肖像权、著作权或其他合法权益。Do not use the App to infringe another person's privacy, portrait rights, copyrights, or other lawful rights.
• 不得使用本 App 创建、保存或传播违法、有害、骚扰、仇恨、暴力、色情或其他不当内容。Do not use the App to create, save, or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, violent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• 不得逆向工程、破坏、干扰或绕过 App 的购买、权限或安全机制。Do not reverse engineer, damage, interfere with, or bypass the App's purchase, permission, or security mechanisms.

3. App 内购买3. In-App Purchases

回声相册提供年度会员订阅与永久版购买。年度会员为自动续订订阅，订阅周期为一年；符合资格的新用户可享受 14 天免费试用，试用结束后按 App Store 购买页显示的价格自动续订，除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。VoxPho offers an annual membership subscription and a lifetime purchase. The annual membership is an auto-renewing subscription with a one-year period. Eligible new users may receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, it automatically renews at the price shown on the App Store purchase page unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

永久版为一次性购买。购买、扣费、续订、取消和退款均由 Apple App Store 处理。你可以在 iOS 系统设置或 App 内“管理订阅”入口管理订阅。The lifetime version is a one-time purchase. Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by the Apple App Store. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings or through the "Manage Subscription" entry in the App.

免费版、年度会员和永久版的功能范围以 App 内购买页展示为准。我们会在对应购买周期内提供已购买权益。The feature scope of the free version, annual membership, and lifetime version is as shown on the in-app purchase page. We will provide purchased benefits during the applicable purchase period.

5. 免责声明5. Disclaimer

回声相册按现状提供。你应自行备份重要照片和录音。由于设备损坏、系统问题、误删、卸载 App 或其他非开发者可控原因造成的本地内容丢失，开发者无法恢复。VoxPho is provided as is. You are responsible for backing up important photos and recordings. The developer cannot restore local content lost due to device damage, system issues, accidental deletion, App uninstallation, or other causes outside the developer's control.

6. 条款更新6. Updates to These Terms

我们可能会根据功能变化、法律要求或审核要求更新本条款。更新后的条款会在本页面显示新的生效日期。We may update these terms based on feature changes, legal requirements, or review requirements. Updated terms will show a new effective date on this page.
