回声相册可以为照片添加声音点，将照片和录音保存在本机。下面列出了常见问题与处理方法。 VoxPho lets you add sound points to photos and store photos and recordings locally. Common questions and troubleshooting steps are listed below.

创建回声照片Create an Echo Photo

在首页点击“创建回声照片”。Tap "Create Echo Photo" on the home screen.
从系统照片选择器导入照片，或使用相机拍摄。Import a photo from the system photo picker, or take one with the camera.
选择模板或直接开始。Choose a template or start directly.
在照片上点击位置添加声音点，长按声音点进行录音。Tap a position on the photo to add a sound point, then press and hold the sound point to record audio.

常见问题FAQ

无法拍照 请前往“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 相机”，确认已允许回声相册使用相机，并确认设备具有可用的后置相机。 Unable to take photos Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Camera, confirm that VoxPho is allowed to use the camera, and make sure the device has an available rear camera.

无法录音 请前往“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风”，确认已允许回声相册使用麦克风。录音时请长按声音点稍久后再松开。 Unable to record audio Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Microphone and confirm that VoxPho is allowed to use the microphone. When recording, press and hold the sound point briefly before releasing.

无法导入照片 请重新打开系统照片选择器并选择其他图片。若照片存储于 iCloud，请确认设备网络正常并等待原图下载完成。 Unable to import photos Reopen the system photo picker and choose another image. If the photo is stored in iCloud, make sure the device has a working network connection and wait for the original image to download.

照片或录音会上传吗？ 不会。回声内容默认仅保存在本机 App 沙盒中，不会自动上传至开发者服务器。 Are photos or recordings uploaded? No. Echo content is stored only in the local App sandbox by default and is not automatically uploaded to developer servers.

是否支持云同步或导出备份？ 当前版本不支持云同步或导出备份。卸载 App 会删除本机保存的全部回声内容，且无法恢复。 Is cloud sync or export backup supported? The current version does not support cloud sync or export backup. Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored echo content and it cannot be recovered.

购买与恢复Purchases and Restoration

回声相册提供年度会员与永久版。符合资格的新用户可免费试用年度会员 14 天，试用结束后按年自动续订；永久版为一次性买断。VoxPho offers an annual membership and a lifetime version. Eligible new users can try the annual membership free for 14 days; after the trial, it renews annually. The lifetime version is a one-time purchase.

免费版最多创建 5 张回声照片、每张添加 3 个声音点，并可创建 2 个自定义相册。年度会员与永久版可无限创建。The free version can create up to 5 echo photos, add 3 sound points per photo, and create 2 custom albums. The annual membership and lifetime version allow unlimited creation.

如已购买但仍显示免费版，请确认设备已登录购买时使用的 Apple 账户，然后前往“回声相册 → 设置 → 恢复购买”。If you have purchased but still see the free version, confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase, then go to "VoxPho -> Settings -> Restore Purchases".

购买与退款由 Apple App Store 处理。如需申请退款，请访问 Apple 的报告问题页面。Purchases and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page.

删除内容Delete Content

删除照片：打开照片后，从更多操作中选择删除照片。Delete a photo: Open the photo, then choose delete photo from more actions.
删除声音点：打开声音点列表，从对应声音点菜单中选择删除。Delete a sound point: Open the sound point list, then choose delete from the relevant sound point menu.
删除全部本地内容：卸载回声相册。Delete all local content: Uninstall VoxPho.
