概要： 回声相册不会创建用户账号，不接入广告、分析或跟踪服务，也不会将你的照片和录音上传至开发者服务器。你创建的回声内容默认仅保存在本机。 Summary: VoxPho does not create user accounts, include advertising, analytics, or tracking services, or upload your photos and recordings to developer servers. Echo content you create is stored locally on your device by default.

1. 我们收集的数据1. Data We Collect

回声相册不通过开发者服务器收集、存储或共享你的个人数据。VoxPho does not collect, store, or share your personal data through developer servers.

你导入或创建的照片、录音、声音点名称及相关编辑信息，仅用于提供 App 的核心功能，并保存在你的设备本地。Photos, recordings, sound point names, and related editing information that you import or create are used only to provide the App's core features and are stored locally on your device.

2. 系统权限与使用目的2. System Permissions and Purpose

相机：仅在你主动选择拍照时请求，用于创建新的回声照片。Camera: Requested only when you choose to take a photo, and used to create a new echo photo.
麦克风：仅在你主动录音时请求，用于为照片添加声音。Microphone: Requested only when you choose to record audio, and used to add sound to photos.
照片：当你主动从系统照片选择器选择图片时，用于导入所选照片。Photos: Used to import the photos you select when you choose images from the system photo picker.

你可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中更改相机、麦克风或照片权限。关闭相应权限后，依赖该权限的功能将无法使用，但不会影响其他功能。You can change camera, microphone, or photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings. If a permission is disabled, features that rely on it will not work, but other features will not be affected.

3. 数据保存与删除3. Data Storage and Deletion

照片副本、录音和相关信息保存在回声相册的本机 App 沙盒中，并持续保存至你在 App 内将其删除或卸载 App。Photo copies, recordings, and related information are stored in VoxPho's local App sandbox until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.

你可以在 App 内删除单张照片及其全部声音，也可以删除单个声音点。卸载 App 会删除其保存的全部本地内容，且无法恢复。You can delete an individual photo and all of its sounds in the App, or delete individual sound points. Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored content and it cannot be recovered.

本版本不提供开发者服务器上的云端同步或远程备份功能，因此开发者无法查看、恢复或远程删除你的本地内容。This version does not provide cloud sync or remote backup on developer servers, so the developer cannot view, restore, or remotely delete your local content.

4. 数据共享与跟踪4. Data Sharing and Tracking

回声相册不会出售或向第三方共享你的照片、录音或其他个人数据，也不会跨 App 或网站跟踪你的活动。VoxPho does not sell or share your photos, recordings, or other personal data with third parties, and does not track your activity across apps or websites.

回声相册不包含第三方广告 SDK、用户行为分析 SDK 或社交登录服务。VoxPho does not include third-party advertising SDKs, user behavior analytics SDKs, or social login services.

5. App 内购买5. In-App Purchases

年度会员订阅与永久版购买均由 Apple App Store 处理。开发者不会接收或保存你的银行卡、支付账号等付款信息。Apple 对相关信息的处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。Annual membership subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. The developer does not receive or store payment information such as your bank card or payment account details. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. 儿童隐私6. Children's Privacy

回声相册并非专门面向儿童提供的服务，也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。所有照片和录音均由设备使用者自行创建和管理，并保存在本机。VoxPho is not a service directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. All photos and recordings are created and managed by the device user and stored locally.

7. 隐私政策更新7. Updates to This Privacy Policy

如 App 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本隐私政策及其生效日期，并在适用时通过 App 或 App Store 页面进行说明。If the App's data handling practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and its effective date, and provide notice through the App or App Store page where appropriate.
